Kwik Sew 3614 Misses' Shorts

It WILL be spring someday. When it finally is spring, I'll be ready. I really like these shorts. They were fast to make and fit well.

This is THE BEST fly I have ever made. Kwik Sew has the best directions!

The next pair, I'll probably take off another inch off the hem.

Here is the full review.

I've always liked the Kwik Sew fly instructions from the girls jean pattern I use. I presume they're the same. Nice shorts. (said enviously as we head into winter)

Great fly front! I don't have any Kwik Sew patterns, but I've always heard the directions are the best. I'm with you, crossing my fingers for warm weather soon.

What a fine-looking pair of shorts. And, uh, I'll take your nice, smooth belly skin too :) . Some girls have all the luck.

Those shorts are cute. I am going to get the pattern. I read your review on PR and am happy to know that the fly front instructions are good. You have some seriously toned abs.

I know Im 2 years late but I have a question. I really want to use this pattern to make 5" shorts in an xl (I think). So for fabric that is 60" wide, could i just use a yard? Im going on a fabric shopping spreee and Im curious as to whether I REALLY need a whole yard a and half to get hte job done. Thanks!
